Join us at the Riverside Hotel for our October meeting in the North Star Room (Conference Center). A social half-hour with a no-host bar will begin at 5:30 in the North Star Room of the Conference Center. At 6:00 dinner will be served, followed by the general meeting featuring the Boise City Council Seat 2 candidates: Paul E. Fortin, Logan Kimball, Rachel Misnick, Lisa Sanchez, and Frank Walker.

Join us at the Riverside Hotel for our November meeting in the Aspen Room (Conference Center). There is a newly instituted fee of $5 to cover meeting costs should you choose not to dine. Reservations must be received by Friday, November 10, 2017.
A social hour with a no-host bar will begin at 5:00 in the Aspen Room of the Conference Center. At 5:45 dinner will be served, followed by the general meeting featuring three perspectives on climate change and how climate change should be reflected in Idaho’s Science Curriculum Standards. Entertainment was by harpist Matthew Tutsky. Artisans for Hope offered unique handcrafted wares. Speakers were two outstanding AAUW women: Ana Costa from Brazil, who received an AAUW International Fellowship for her Masters of Public Administration at Boise State University, and Eva Rodriguez, who has been appointed as a delegate to the AAUW Student Advisory Council. Eva is also a BSU student.
