Julie Yamamoto, our guest speaker, was a teacher and administrator for 32 years and served in the Idaho House of Representatives for District 11A from 2021 through 2024. She chaired the House Education Committee during the 2023 legislative session. Using her teaching and legislative experience, she will discuss how Idaho’s public education system has been harmed and give a preview of what to expect in the upcoming 2026 Legislative session.
